How are orders shipped?
  • Orders are shipped via USPS and will be processed in the order they're received through USPS First-Class Mail. Using First-Class Mail typically allows for delivery in 1-3 business days, insurance for lost or damaged packages, and delivery confirmation. 

How long does processing + shipping take?
  • All orders are processed in a timely fashion. We have recently updated inventory to have more products available, however, we do ask for 3-business days to process orders based on volume and the original date of the order being placed. (Weekend orders are typically processed at the start of the week.)  Due to COVID-19 and shipping delays, please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update within the USPS system and 3-6 Business days for delivery.

Are glosses vegan + cruelty-free?
  • Absolutely. All of our products are made with YOU in mind and the recipe is one that our owner (and family) uses consistently. We won't put out anything we don't or won't use ourselves. 

  • basic Gloss Ingredients: Hydrogenated Polyisobutene (and) Ethylene/Propylene/Styrene Copolymer (and) Butylene/Ethylene/Styrene Copolymer. Castor Oil. Vitamin E oil. 

Are returns or exchanges accepted?
  • Due to the nature of the products being sold, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Please visit the return policy page under the FAQ tab for more information. 

What payment options are available?
  • We do accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). PayPal is also available at checkout and to confirm, you do NOT need a PayPal account to checkout via PayPal. When entering information and prompted to log in on the PayPal screen, select "Use a Debit or Credit Card" and enter the details there, should you prefer. Cash-App and Venmo are not accepted at this time.
