Are glosses vegan + cruelty-free?
Absolutely. All of our products are made with YOU in mind. As such, all ingredients are listed on the product pages.
How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped via USPS and will be processed in the order they're received. Majority of all orders are made to order, so we do ask for 3 days to process.
How long does processing + shipping take?
We ask for 3 days to process orders and 3-6 for delivery based on USPS and your location.
Are returns or exchanges accepted?
Due to the nature of the products being sold, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
How do I contact customer service?

What payment options are available?
We do accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). Cash App and Venmo are not accepted at this time.
Are order cancellations or edits possible?
Once placing an order, we're unable to edit or change it. However, you're welcome to send us an email with any concerns and we'd be happy to assist further.
How will I be contacted about my order/updates?
All updates, including confirmation and shipping details will be sent via email.
If USPS loses my package, what do I do?
Should USPS lose your package, we do recommend following up with USPS as we're no longer responsible for packages once they're shipped. However, we do ask that you keep us posted as we're happy to help wherever we can.
I added the wrong shipping address, what do I do?
If you input the wrong shipping address and contact us prior to your order shipping out, we're happy to update it. Just provide your order number. If it is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipment fees are to be paid by the customer as we do not offer refunds.
