Should your product become lost during transit or you run into any concerns with the delivery of your products—please follow up with U.S.P.S and have your tracking number available.
Deecoded Cosmetics, LLC is not responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address by customer error. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipment fees are to be paid by the customer as we do not offer refunds.
We are able to correct incorrect shipping information PRIOR to a tracking number being assigned to the order. once you receive a shipping confirmation, we're unable to correct this. If you have input incorrect or incomplete delivery information, please reach out to us via email with your order number as soon as possible.
